Maasvlakte 2, Port of Rotterdam, 2012
In May HeHe realised a landscape intervention on the Maasvlakte 2 beach in Rotterdam. About 75 tons of red sand was spread over the beach, forming a large red stain that gradually dispersed by natural forces such as wind, rain and the sea. How long this dispersion takes is entirely dependent on the unpredictable weather conditions.
